Engineered in seven layers
Seven layers. Three core materials. One integrated cooking system.
MavenPan is built using a patented multi-layer manufacturing process that combines hardened ceramic, stainless steel and aluminium into one engineered structure. Each layer has a specific role, from food release and surface durability to heat distribution, structural strength and induction compatibility.
Seven Layer Structure
01 - Hardened KFCC Ceramic Glaze
The primary food-contact surface, free from conventional non-stick coatings, engineered for smooth release, high-temperature performance and improved resistance to everyday wear.
02 - Raised FlowChannel Structures
An engineered surface geometry designed to support food release, oil movement and easier cleaning.
03 - 304 Stainless Steel
Provides strength, corrosion resistance and structural support beneath the cooking surface.
04 - Aluminium Alloy Core
The thermal core of MavenPan, designed to spread heat rapidly and evenly across the pan.
05 - 430 Stainless Steel
Adds structural stability and magnetic compatibility for induction cooking.
06 - Raised FlowChannel Structures
Extends the engineered architecture through the lower construction of the pan.
07 - Hardened KFCC Ceramic Glaze
Completes the exterior with a durable ceramic-based finish designed for everyday use.
Hardened KFCC Ceremic
MavenPan does not rely on ordinary ceramic. Its hardened KFCC ceramic glaze is engineered for up to 4× greater wear resistance than conventional ceramic, while retaining the properties that make ceramic valuable for cookware: a hard surface, heat resistance and natural food-release characteristics.
The objective is simple — preserve the advantages of ceramic while making the surface better suited to repeated everyday cooking.
A Different Approach to Non-Stick
MavenPan’s release performance comes from its engineered ceramic surface and RiasedFlow channel geometry, rather than depending on a conventional PTFE-based non-stick layer.
Based on the specified source materials and testing:
PTFE — Not intentionally added from source
PFOS — Not detected
PFOA — Not detected
The result is a ceramic-based food-contact surface designed around durability, heat performance and everyday release.
Designed For Food Contact
MavenPan’s materials are selected for use in food-contact cookware and are designed to meet applicable FDA food-contact requirements, alongside the material and chemical testing carried out on the cooking surface.
PATENTED MULTI-LAYER MANUFACTURING
The performance of MavenPan comes not only from what it is made from, but how those materials are brought together.
Its patented manufacturing process integrates ceramic surfaces, engineered 3DFT structures, stainless steel and an aluminium thermal core into a unified seven-layer body.
Each material does what it does best:
Ceramic for the surface.
Stainless steel for strength.
Aluminium for heat.
HARDEN THE SURFACE. ENGINEER THE LAYERS. CONTROL THE HEAT.
MavenPan is built from the surface down..
